A micro winery specializing in the production of small lots of luxury wines.  The focus is on handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignons and Rhone blends from Paso Robles and Pinot Noirs from the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County.  With a total production of around 3,000 cases, Chateau Margene and Mooney Family wines focus on viticulture and winemaking practices that offer maximum varietal expression.  Home of the world-class estate blend, Beau Melange (50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc & 25% Merlot).   Our wines are only available directly from the winery and a few local establishments.

For your convenience, we now have two tasting rooms in Paso Robles.  On Paso's West side, at the corner of Vineyard Drive & Peachy Canyon Road, open 7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   On Paso's East side, the estate tasting room is open Saturday & Sunday from Noon to 5:00 p.m.
